Intensive Outpatient Program

At Atlas Behavioral Health, we believe that every individual’s journey to recovery is unique. We offer a range of treatment options to support each person’s individual needs and goals. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexible and effective options for individuals who require ongoing support and therapy but do not require 24-hour care in a residential program.

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program?

Intensive Outpatient Treatment  is a comprehensive, structured program, 3-5 half days per week, that provides ongoing support and treatment for individuals seeking recovering. Our IOP program at Atlas Behavioral Health is designed to be a flexible and effective alternative to traditional inpatient treatment, allowing clients to maintain their daily routines while receiving intensive therapy and support.

Our program includes individual and group therapy, relapse prevention education, life skills training, and more. With a focus on evidence-based practices and a personalized approach, we help clients build the skills and tools they need to achieve and maintain a healthy and well balanced life.

Is an Intensive Outpatient Program Right for Me?

Intensive Outpatient treatment may be appropriate for individuals who require more structure and support than outpatient therapy but do not require 24-hour care in a residential program. It can be an effective treatment option for individuals who:

  • Are transitioning from a higher level of care, such as inpatient treatment or partial hospitalization
  • Have completed a residential program and need continued support
  • Have a stable home environment and support system
  • Are unable to take time off from work or family obligations for inpatient treatment

At Atlas Behavioral Health we offer a comprehensive assessment process to determine if IOP is the right fit for each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
